Congolese Rhumba maestro Papa Wemba will be the headline performer. Born Jules Shungu Wembadio Pene Kikumba on June 14, 1949, in the Kasai region of the DRC, Papa Wemba is one of Africa’s most flamboyant and cosmopolitan musicians.

The opening act will be the Crown Prince of Benga, Dan Aceda.
